The technology research company has suggested ten steps that organisations can take to significantly reduce their IT costs.

These include renegotiating contracts with telecom service providers, consolidating IT infrastructure and operations, virtualising infrastructure and operations software, automating standard IT support calls and enhancing IT asset management.
