Mobile workers denied critical data

Employees who work on the road and use mobile devices to keep in touch with their office do not have access to business-critical data, a new study has found.

IT decision makers at 700 global organisations were interviewed for the study, which was conducted on behalf of Information Builders. The study found that only a third of mobile workers are able to access business applications that contain critical data, compared to 70% of office-based staff.

However, three quarters of the companies surveyed said that making operational data more available would result in better decision making or improved business relationships.

We can implement solutions in your organisation such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM that will enable your mobile and remote workers to access business-critical data in real time, no matter where they are, using any Internet-capable device.
