

As we discussed in a blog towards the end of last year, through the Systems Valley Academy we equip employees with real-world skills and knowledge that will be of direct value to their organisation.
Through a combination of tutorials, demonstrations and case studies, delegates who attend our training courses learn best practices and acquire new tools and techniques that they can use in their daily tasks and activities as soon as the programme has finished.
However, we also hone delegates’ interpersonal and professional skills by providing soft skills training in areas such as business communication, team and customer management and leadership.
