To coincide with the release, Microsoft has issued a press release that highlights how government agencies are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve citizen services, reduce operational costs and boost productivity.
According to the press release, as a result of deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM, government agencies in the United States have enjoyed greater flexibility, scalability and cost savings, as well improved access to real-time data.
