Microsoft has announced that the online version of its powerful customer relationship management software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is now available worldwide. Previously only released in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online is now available in 40 markets and 41 languages.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps companies win and retain more business by storing all the information they have on customers, from first contact and purchasing information through to post-sales data, in a single place, where it can be easily accessed by everyone in the organisation.
