But Microsoft Dynamics CRM also has a useful offline ready feature that allows you to access the data stored within the solution even when you are not connected to a network. That means you and your employees can utilise Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s critical sales, marketing and customer services data both in the office and on the road.

You can also filter the information offered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s offline ready mode, so you or your employees only get the information you need offline, such as meeting updates or sales figures.
