A new survey  has found that Britain’s small to medium sized businesses are embracing IT outsourcing.

Conducted by PeoplePerHour.com, the survey found that 38% of small business owners who are planning to increase their investment in IT want to use the money to increase their use of IT outsourcing, with only 18% planning to hire more in-house staff.

Almost half of all the small business owners surveyed also said they see IT as a role for outsourcers exclusively, rather than for in-house IT professionals.
