

An NBA basketball team has gained a stronger insight into its fan base and enhanced its scouting process by implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
According to a press release, issued by Microsoft, the National Basketball Association’s New Orleans Hornets decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM because of the software package’s high-degree of flexibility and comprehensive customer relationship management features.
By integrating its Microsoft Dynamics CRM package with Ticketmaster, the team has been able to gain a better understanding of its fan base and has improved its customer service levels and marketing initiatives.
The team has also developed an application on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform that enables its scouts to store information on the players they are watching in real time.
