

A new Customer Care Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been launched that will help organisations provide a consistently high level of customer service.
By combining data elements from disparate applications such as mainframes, databases and Web sites, and displaying them in a single user interface, the accelerator will enable customer service representatives to easily and rapidly access customer information and respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries and requests.
The accelerator will be available to download for Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers and partners from April 30 at: crmaccelerators.codeplex.com.
