Research has shown that increasing the concentration of Microsoft-Certified professionals in an IT team directly improves team performance.

According to the results of a survey into the organizational performance of 1200 IT teams, managed by more than 400 managers, the performance of an IT team improves with each new member that becomes certified.

In addition, more than two-thirds of the surveyed managers believed that Microsoft-Certified team members were more productive and that hiring a Microsoft Certified Professional improved the service and support they offered customers.
