Opera has 100 million users

The Norwegian browser developer Opera has announced  that 100 million users worldwide now use its desktop and mobile web browsers to surf the Internet: representing a year-on-year growth of 30 per cent.

New CRM accelerator will enhance customer care

A new Customer Care Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been launched  that will help organisations provide a consistently high level of customer service.

Microsoft launches Dynamics CRM for non-profits

Microsoft has launched (link to: http://www.microsoft.com/Presspass/press/2010/apr10/04-07VRMNGOPR.mspx) a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution that’s specifically designed for non-profit and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).

Currently available in the U.S. and Canada, the new solution includes powerful tools and functionality for donation and pledge management, membership management, volunteer tracking, campaign management and online donations.
